Gateway Community Gardens offers ranch style condominiums for sale. You can work directly with us for any custom construction you would like completed. You may also personalize your home's interior design.

With the purchase of your ranch style home, you pay a nominal monthly fee for which you receive all of your exterior maintenance. Services include lawn care, snow plowing, and trash removal. Also, exterior building and overall site maintenance such as care of sidewalks and patios is included.

Additional services are available within the Community and can be directly contracted by you on an as-needed basis.
