Gateway Community Gardens offers both one and two bedroom apartments for rent. You may have an attached garage at an extra cost.

Each building has a community room that is shared with the other residents. This room may be used for card games, birthday parties, or other types of family gatherings.

Laundry facilities are available in each building and all utilities are included in your monthly rent. Telephone and cable television charges are paid directly by each resident.

Supportive services such as home health care, meals, cleaning, and transportation may be contracted for within the community by each resident on an as needed basis.

Pets are welcome with an additional deposit.
